Business Process Improvement, a core business function at BlueLine Associates, involves the evaluation of current practices, which is done through a thorough analysis of people, process and technology. Our client wanted to conduct a complete process review across all business functions to identify opportunities to improve cost and quality. We performed an end-to-end process review to provide a holistic view of the company and implemented recommendations that achieve over $7m in operational efficiency while increasing employee satisfaction and engagement.
Virgil Magee. Virgil is Director of Consulting for BlueLine Associates where he specializes in business process improvement, project management, data analytics, and the lean management system (LMS). He has achieved costs savings for many BlueLine clients by implementing tactical process solutions, establishing key performance indicators, and installing an Agile PLM environment.
Prior to joining BlueLine, Virgil was the Director of Process Excellence at UBS and led teams of change leaders and agents in the deployment of Lean transformations across Group Operations. Additionally, Virgil spent the first 10 years of his career at Liberty Mutual Insurance where he was involved in process improvement initiatives across all aspects of insurance from personal insurance claims through actuarial.
