Discovered key ticket drivers, analyzed data using top analytical tools such as: Tableau, Watson Analytics, R, Cognos/SQL, SPSS, Ruby, developed and generated hypotheses, created conclusions from the data, packaged data into insightful visualizations, and delivered substantial ticket savings opportunities.
