Owen has more than 30 years of experience in Quality. He is the Lead Assessor for LRQA, QMS – ISO 9001:2008, 2015 and has published in QP and the Drug Discovery & Development journals. He is the current ASQ-LI Membership Chair and a past Section 303 Chair. Mr. Ramsay holds a BSc degree in Chemical Engineering from University of California-Los Angeles, and a MSEE degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University. He became a ASQ Fellow in 2016.
